Patel Engineering has received the Letter of Award (LoA) from Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation (HPPCL) for the prestigious Renuka Ji Dam Project (Package-1), valued at Rs. 910.08 crore including GST. The Company had earlier been declared the Lowest Bidder (L1) for this project, and the receipt of the LoA marks the formal commencement of this significant engagement.

The project, located at Village Dadahu, Tehsil Renuka, District Sirmaur, Himachal Pradesh, is scheduled to be completed within a timeline of 30 months.

Under this package, Patel Engineering will undertake the construction of three major diversion tunnels, each designed with a diameter of 9.5 meters and extending over lengths ranging from 1.3 to 1.6 kilometers. The works also encompass the creation of inlet and outlet structures for these tunnels, development of approximately 6 kilometers of approach and access roads, and installation of advanced hydro-mechanical systems to regulate water flow. Additionally, the project scope includes comprehensive instrumentation and monitoring systems to ensure long term operational reliability and safety.

Kilburn Engineering announced that Aditya Khaitan (DIN: 00023788), Non Executive Director, due to other commitments has tendered his resignation vide Resignation letter dated 19 March 2026, from the Directorship of the Company, with effect from 19 March 2026.

The board of Welspun Living at its meeting held on 19 March 2026 has approved acquisition of 3,500 equity shares of Rs 10 each of “Welspun Corporate Services” (WCSL) (formerly known as Welspun Home Textiles) representing 35% of the total paid-up equity share capital of WCSL at a consideration of Rs. 35,000/-. The balance 65% will be acquired by other Welspun Group entities.

WCSL is being positioned as a centralized corporate services platform for Welspun Group entities, providing integrated management and support services including human resources, legal, regulatory and compliance, taxation, corporate restructuring, mergers and amalgamations, strategic advisory and other corporate services.

The proposed acquisition is intended to support the establishment and strengthening of WCSL as a centralized umbrella entity for delivering corporate services across the Welspun Group.

Consequent to the above acquisition, WCSL will become an associate company of the Company.

Simultaneously, the Company and other Welspun Group entities shall be entering into a joint shareholders' agreement with WCSL. This agreement shall not have any impact on the management and control of the Company.
