Bharat Forge Aerospace Division has achieved a significant milestone in India's defence modernisation journey by securing contracts worth approximately Rs 300 crores under the ongoing Emergency Procurement – VI (EP-VI) framework.

These contracts are for the Indian Army and also for end use at Indian Navy, cover a range of indigenous unmanned systems, including Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms and loitering munitions.

 The contracted platforms namely Omega One, Omega Nine, Bayonet, and Cleaver, are developed for India to meet urgent operational requirements across diverse terrains and mission profiles.

Nestle India announced that Edouard Mac Nab, currently Head of Finance & Control, Nestlé Canada, has been nominated to succeed Svetlana Boldina (DIN: 10044338) as Whole-time Director (Key Managerial Personnel), to be designated as “Executive Director – Finance & Control and Chief Financial Officer” of the Company, effective from 1 March 2026, subject to approvals.

Edouard Mac Nab, aged 54, currently serves as Head of Finance & Control of Nestlé Canada and has played a pivotal role in restoring profitability and transforming the Finance organization to accelerate the digital agenda.

Edouard holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Finance/ Accounting and a degree in Law, bringing over 25 years of international finance leadership experience across Asia, North America, Latin America, and Europe. He is recognized as a change agent with a proven track record in business turnarounds, strategic planning, sustainability and digital transformation. He joined Nestlé France as Chief Financial Officer (‘CFO') in February 2022 and moved to his current role in September 2024.

Prior to joining Nestlé group, he held senior finance leadership positions at Reckitt, Mead Johnson Nutrition, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

The World Economic Forum (WEF) has designated Hindustan Unilever's (HUL) factories in Gandhidham, Gujarat and Pondicherry, as Advanced Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) Lighthouse sites.

Previously, the HUL's Dapada site received this recognition in 2022, followed by the Sonepat site in 2023, and the Doom Dooma unit in 2025. With this, the total count of HUL factories, earning the Advanced 4IR Lighthouse recognition, stands at five.

L&T's Hydrocarbon Onshore business vertical (L&T Onshore) has won a large order from Petronet LNG, a joint venture promoted by four leading PSUs, viz., Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL), GAIL (India) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL). According to the company's project classification, the value of the order ranges between Rs 2,500 crore to Rs 5,000 crore.

The project, to be delivered entirely on a Lump Sum Turnkey basis, comprises engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG)/Ethane double wall storage tank with a capacity of 170,000 cubic metres and a Propane double-wall storage tank with a capacity of 140,000 cubic metres at the Dahej Petrochemical Complex in Gujarat. The scope also includes Ethane and Propane handling and despatch facilities to support the Propane Dehydrogenation and Polypropylene plant.

This project is part of India's first petrochemical complex integrating cold energy utilisation from an LNG terminal and is expected to contribute towards bridging the domestic polypropylene demand–supply gap. The project aligns with Government of India's Aatmanirbhar Bharat initiative by strengthening indigenous petrochemical manufacturing capacity.
