Initial public offer of upto 35,36,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Carver Roboweld Limited ("The Company" or "Carver" or "CRL" or "The Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 76-80 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 66-70 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 26.87-28.29 Crores ("The Issue"), of which upto 1,77,600 equity shares of face value of Rs.10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 76-80 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 66-70 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 1.35-1.42 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e., Net issue of upto 33,58,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 76-80 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 66-70 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 25.52-26.87 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue".
