The offer less market maker reservation portion i.e., offer of 57,25,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at an offer price of Rs. 88-94 per equity share, aggregating to Rs. 50.38-53.82 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute 29.92% and 28.41%, respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 88 to Rs. 94 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each. The floor price is 8.8 times of face value and cap price is 9.4 times the face value of the equity shares.
