Initial public offer of upto 42,67,200* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of R.K. Fashion Accessories Limited ("The Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 77-82 per equity share (including share premium of Rs. 67-72 per equity share) ("Offer Price"), aggregating up to Rs. 32.86-34.99 Crores comprising a fresh offer of up to 42,67,200 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 32.86-34.99 Crores by the company ("the Offer") of which upto 2,14,400 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.65-1.76 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less market maker reservation portion i.e., net offer of upto 40,52,800 equity shares at an offer price of Rs. 77-82 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 31.21-33.23 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and the net offer will constitute 27.50% and 26.11%, respectively of the post offer paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs. 77 to Rs. 82 per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
The floor price is 7.7 times of face value and cap price is 8.2 times the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 3,200 equity shares and in multiples of 1,600 equity shares thereafter.
