Initial public issue of upto 50,60,800* equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each (the "Equity Shares") of Acme Universal Safezone 9 Limited ("Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 65-71 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 55-61 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating up to Rs. 32.90-35.93 Crores comprising of fresh issue of upto 50,60,800 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 32.90-35.93 Crores by the company ("Fresh Issue") of which 2,54,400, equity share aggregating to Rs. 1.65-1.81 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less market maker reservation i.e. Net issue 48,06,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each, at price of Rs. 65-71 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 31.24-34.13 Crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue". The issue and net issue will constitute 26.50% and 25.17 % respectively of the post- issue paid-up equity share capital of the company. Price Band: Rs. 65/- to Rs. 71/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10 each. The floor price 6.5 times of the face value and the cap price is 7.1 times of the face value. Bids can made for a minimum of two lot and in multiples of 1,600 equity shares thereafter.
