Initial public issue of 1,03,62,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each of Ravita Engineering Services Limited `(formerly known as Powermech Services Private Limited and
Ravita Engineering Services Private Limited)', ("RESL" or "Ravita" or the "Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at a price of Rs. 105-112 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 100-107 per equity share (the "Issue Price") aggregating to Rs.108.80-116.05 Crores ("the Issue"), of which 5,22,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 105-112 per equity share including a share premium of Rs.100-107 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 5.48-5.85 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 98,40,000 equity shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each at a price of Rs. 105-112 per equity share including a share premium of Rs. 1007-107 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 103.32-110.21 Crores is hereinafter referred to as "the Net Issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute 27.50% and 26.11%, respectively, of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs. 105 to Rs. 112 per equity share of face value of Rs. 5 each.
The floor price is 21 times the face value of the equity shares and the cap price is 22.4 times the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 2400 equity shares and in multiples of 1200 equity shares thereafter.
