Initial public offer of upto 28,03,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Papadmalji Agro Foods Limited ("the Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 69-72 per
equity share (including share premium of Rs. 59-62 per equity share) ("Offer Price"), aggregating up to Rs. 19.34-20.18 Crores comprising a fresh issue of upto 25,72,800 equity shares
aggregating up to Rs. 17.75-18.52 Crores by the company (the "Fresh Offer") and an offer for sale of upto 2,30,400 equity shares aggregating up to Rs. 1.59-1.66 Crores by India Customer InsightFund (the "selling shareholder" or the "Investor Selling Shareholder") (the "Offered Shares") (the "Offer For Sale" and together with the fresh issue, the "Offer") of which upto 1,44,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. 0.99-1.04 Crores will be reserved for subscription by the market maker to the offer (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The offer less market maker reservation portion i.e. net offer of upto 26,59,200 equity shares at an offer price of Rs. 69-72 per equity share aggregating up to Rs. 18.35-19.15 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net Offer". The offer and net offer will constitute 29.85% and 28.31%, respectively of the post- offer paid-up equity share capital of the company.
Price Band: Rs. 69/- to Rs. 72/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
The floor price and the cap price are 6.90 times and 7.20 times of the face value of the equity shares, respectively.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 3,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each and in multiples of 1,600 equity shares thereafter.
