Initial public offer of up to 53,26,800 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each (the "Equity Shares") of Madhur Knit Crafts Limited ("The Company" or the "Issuer") for cash at an issue price of Rs. 95-100 per equity shares (including securities premium of Rs. 85-90 per equity share) aggregating up to Rs. 50.6-53.27 Crores (the "Issue") of which 2,66,400 equity shares of Rs.10/- each aggregating to Rs. 2.53-2.66 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker ("Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e issue of 50,60,400 equity share of Rs. 10 each at an issue price of Rs. 95-100 per equity share aggregating up to Rs. 48.07-50.60 Crores is hereinafter referred to as the "Net issue". The issue and the net issue will constitute [*] and [*] respectively of the post issue paid up equity share capital of the company.
The face value of the equity shares is Rs. 10/- each.
Price Band: Rs. 95/- to Rs. 100/- per equity share of face value of Rs. 10/- each.
The floor price is 9.5 times of the face value and the cap price is 10 times of the face value of the equity shares.
Bids can be made for a minimum of 2,400 equity shares and in multiples of 1,200 equity shares thereafter.
